The silence, I cannot hear it.
All I can hear are the screams.
Even when we speak, we sing, we cry,
They scream.
They scream as if they know no one can hear them.
And no one could.
The silence, it blinds me.
What is one moment of my life to their eternal sufferings?
What could it ever be?
I ask,
The screams answer.
I die,
The screams go on.
Who will hear them? God is dead.
We were in Aushwitz today.

Oh... wow... This is maybe one of the few poems or things that I read that made me cry on the spot... I love the poem and the fact that it can stir up so many emotions inside me... I don't really know what else I can say... :'(

I would like to read it. The emotions are real and they move me. I like poetry like that.
